Feel Sleep Formula Review

AD: This post is in partnership with Feel and contains affiliate links.

I’ve had a bit of a Feel takeover recently… they are now my go-to brand for vitamins and supplements!

Feel is a nutrition company which has reinvented the vitamins and supplements market by delivering them in plastic-free, contactless letter box delivery! I love receiving my Feel boxes in the post - there is something very special about opening each one! They save the hassle of having to pick up vitamins and supplements from a shop as they offer a monthly subscription service (you can order one off too).

If you are looking for vitamins backed by real science then Feel have got you covered - their wide range include multivitamins as well as beauty, pregnancy, joints and sleep!

The Feel supplement which I’ve been trying out recently is Sleep which is designed to help promote relaxation, calm the mind and aid sleepiness for overall improved sleep quality so you also feel less tired in the daytime. Being a working mum one of the key challenges is getting enough sleep and quality sleep for that matter as my toddler is yet to sleep through the night (I think this is due to the teething as things are especially worse when she has a new tooth coming). Feel Sleep Supplement Review

This Sleep formula contains 9 ingredients. It contains L-Tryptophan - the building block of melatonin (sleep hormone which makes us feel drowsy) together with Glycine, Magnesium (mother nature’s relaxant), Rhodiola (helps reduce anxiety), Passionflower extract, Lemon Balm extract, California Poppy, Hops Extract and Chromium (a mineral which can help improve insulin sensitivity by balancing blood sensitivity throughout the night and so preventing interrupted sleep). However, please note that vitamins and minerals in supplements such as these do need time to build-up in your system for you to notice results but you might feel the effects of the extracts faster. I am not sure if it’s placebo but from the get go I did feel the formula working for me to make me feel more relaxed before bed and I have been waking up feeling a little more rested…

I really like that Feel Sleep comes as a powder (there are 30 servings in the 150g resealable pouch) which can be added to drinks and plant-based milk. I mix my Feel Sleep with warm Oatly chocolate oat drink or pure organic cocoa and coconut milk powder at night about 30 to 60 minutes before bed. The Feel Sleep powder has a lovely strawberry scent and strawberry flavour which is subtle and goes well with both drinks for me. Plus, it is sugar-free as they use natural sweetner stevia instead…

I love that Feel supplements have no nasty additives, bulking ingredients, colourants, or fillers and offer an all round cleaner version of vitamins supplements to other brands! Plus, they use vitamins and minerals that are actually bioavailable. Better yet their pouches and boxes are plastic free.
