Liz Earle Daily Routine with Superskin Kit Review

I wanted to switch up my skincare as I feel my skin has changed a lot since pregnancy, breastfeeding and the sleep deprivation that comes with being a new mum (all have lead to breakouts, dull, and drier skin for me) so I ordered Liz Earle’s Daily Routine with Superskin Natural Neroli Kit and I haven’t been disappointed. Read on for my review.

Liz Earle Daily Routine with Superskin Kit Review

Why Liz Earle Skin Care?

Firstly, Liz Earle is a classic botanical beauty brand best known for the iconic Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser. Their products use naturally active ingredients which are kind to the skin and cruelty free with ethically sourced ingredients.
Liz Earle Daily Routine with Superskin kit is a great way to try out some staples in this premium cleansing range as the set is a daily cleanse, tone and moisturise routine, containing Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser 100ml (RSP £16) , Liz Earle Instant Boost Skin Tonic 200ml (RSP 16.50), Liz Earle Superskin Moisturiser with Natural Neroli 50ml (RSP £43), Liz Earle Gentle Face Exfoliator 75ml (RSP £17 ) plus two Liz Earle Pure Cotton Cloths (RSP £4.75).

Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser

When I think of Liz Earle I think of their classic Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser. I first tired this about 10 years ago after receiving it in a beauty award goody bag and it is such an iconic and reliable beauty essential. I’ve used it on and off but when ever I use it I remember how much I love this creamy Cleanser as it always leaves my skin feeling like I’ve just had a facial. Made with ethically sourced cocoa butter together with rosemary, chamomile, and eucalyptus this luxurious cleanser exfoliates and lifts away dirt and make up. It’s suitable for all skin types. I apply Cleanse & Polish to dry skin on my face and neck, then rinse the Hot Cloth in hot water, ring it out then use the cloth to polish the cream off and finish with a splash of cool water.

Liz Earle Pure Cotton Muslin Cloths

The Liz Earle Daily Routine with Superskin set comes with two pure Cotton Muslin Cloths to use with the Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser. They have a nice texture and aren’t harsh on the skin.

Liz Earle Instant Boost Skin Tonic

Next up, the Instant Boost Skin Tonic which is basically a toner. Toning hasn’t really been something I’ve done in my skincare routine for years as it feels a bit old fashioned but my god does this make a difference to remove dead skin cells and smooth the skin... This toner, has been infused with aloe vera, cucumber, chamomile, calendula and vitamin E to hydrate, refresh and soothe your skin without the need for drying alcohol. To use, I simply pour a few drops of Liz Earle Instant Boost Skin Tonic to a cotton pad and sweep it over my face and neck. It leaves my skin feeling refreshed with a subtle rose scent.

Liz Earle Superskin Moisturiser with Natural Neroli

This is a winner for me… Liz Earle Superskin Moisturiser with Natural Neroli melts into skin like butter! This rich face cream is enrich with Neroli (basically orange blossom oil which has antimicrobial, antioxidant and antifungal properties) and has an uplifting fragrance and leaves skin looking plump, feeling nourished for hours and smoother. I love that this isn’t greasy and absorbs into skin beautifully.

Liz Earle Gentle Face Exfoliator

Finally, Liz Gentle Face Exfoliator is a face scrub that’s gentle enough to be used two to three times per week after the Hot Cloth Cleanser. This is lovely and is made with cocoa butter, sweet almond oil, eucalyptus and jojoba beads to breakdown and smooth away dead skin cells. When I use any exfoliator, I focus the product on my forehead, nose, chin and jawline. Also, I find this to be similar to my go-to affordable facial scrub - Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Gentle Exfoliating Facial Scrub.

I am really enjoying Liz Earle’s Daily Routine with Superskin Natural Neroli Kit (RSP £69.50) and would definitely recommend it as a gift or treat for yourself! My faves in the kit are the Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser and Liz Earle Superskin Moisturiser with Natural Neroli (it's a real a game changer!). I hope you found this post helpful. If you have any questions be sure to leave them in the comments.

Thanks for stopping by!
